Shipping and Delivery

Processing Time: 

Please allow processing of 2-3 business days from purchase for orders to be shipped. 

Custom-made attires:  It takes 10-14 days from the time you place your order to make all custom-made attires.

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day. 

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been processed and shipped. 

Note: Please note that order processing times may be longer during sale events and holidays.


Shipping time 

U.S orders will be shipped via USPS and UPS. International orders will be shipped via USPS. 

The average delivery speed for orders within the united states is 5-8 business days. 

The average delivery speed for international orders is 6-18 business days. 


Shipping Fees

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your delivery location. 

Afrocentric Boutique is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. However, suppose the return was due to our error (for instance, we accidentally sent the wrong product). In that case, we will accept full responsibility for all shipping costs related to the return, and you will be provided with a paid shipping label via email for orders within the United States. For return requests of orders made outside the US we will issue a store credit equivalent to the amount of your shipping fees. 


Custom Charges

All customs duties, taxes, and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Contact your local post office for additional information concerning custom duties and fees.


Undelivered Shipments

Our goal is to deliver your item(s) within the estimated time frame. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs clearance of the destination country. 

In the instance that your package has been delivered, but you have not received your items, please allow 2-3 additional days for the delivery of your item(s) or contact the shipping company.

If you still have not received your package after waiting the allotted time or contacting the shipping company, contact us at with your order number, and we will gladly assist you. 


If you entered an incorrect address

To correct an incorrect address for an order that has been placed, email with your order number or reply to your order confirmation email and give us your correct address. We can correct this within 24 hours. 


Local Store Pickup

We offer local pickup within 6 hours of placing an order for all items except custom-made orders.

Customers who placed an order for custom-made attires can pick up from the store after 10-14 days of placing their order. When the item is ready for pickup you will receive an email.
